Strengthening Our Programmatic Framework

2022 marked a year of refining strategy, monitoring, and partnerships across all five of our focus areas: women, peace and security, youth empowerment, climate action, peacebuilding, and technology for development.

We invested in our programmatic backbone — standardized monitoring, deeper partnership networks, and a clearer theory of change — to ensure that every dollar of donor support translates into measurable, lasting impact for the communities we serve.

This work set the foundation for our 2023–2025 expansion, including the climate-action programme and the Baghdad office.
